Reservation Policy: Reservations may be made by phone 207.883.4417 from 8am until 8pm daily. A one-night deposit is required for reservations of 3 nights or less to hold each reservation. A deposit of 30% of the total is required for reservations of 4 nights or more. Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Deposits are non-refundable. Please see cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 29 days or more before arrival date will be charged a $50 cancel fee. The remainder of the deposit will be held for a future reservation made within the same year. Reservations cancelled 28 days or less from the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.
